Fast Track 15

Background

Fast Track 15 is the internship program launched by Ceylon Tobacco Company PLC (CTC) in 2010 reportedly to provide ‘summer internship programmes’ for undergraduates from “diverse areas of business” (Image 1). The internship is provided to 15 selected interns in collaboration with different industrial partners. The different industry categories of internships offered are: Leisure, Plantations, Real Estate, Consumer Foods and Retail, Information Technology, Banking, Finance, Transportation and Manufacturing. Year 2017 marked the 7th Fast Track 15.[1][2][3][4][5][6]
