Background
Pinnacle Awards is an “awards show dedicated to the Trade Marketing Executives (TMEs) and Distributors of Ceylon Tobacco Company PLC (CTC)”. Through Pinnacle Awards, CTC annually rewards four TMEs and eight distributors based on their performances.[1] The criteria considered for the awards for TME were “ability to create innovative marketing approaches, ability to manage crisis situations and value additions and innovations introduced”. The best distributors are awarded based on their performance in the respective year and their credit scores.[1][2][3][4]
